Actress Lucy Hale from ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars” stopped by the Flea Market in Hollywood, California on September 11, 2011 with a gal pal. Lucy was all smiles as she spends some cash on jean shorts and other items. Hale’s latest film ‘A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song,’ was recently releases last week on video and will start work on “Downers Grove”.
