Demi Lovato arrived at the LAX airport on Monday afternoon with her friends and family. The 19-year-old artist and actress has been traveling around, hitting up every Christmas concert on the map.
Demi and Kelly Clarkson performed “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” at the Z100 Jingle Ball and nailed it. “She [Kelly Clarkson] actually was backstage and she was like ‘we should sing a duet together’ and I was like ‘of course, anything you want.’ And then we basically came up with the idea to sing a Christmas carol together and it came in place yesterday. It was amazing, I was so excited,” Demi said of the duet.
The duet was sucha success that Clarkson just revealed that the duo decided to collaborate on a song together! “It’s a song a friend of mine wrote. It’s killer and I’ve been wanting to sing it for a while. It’s very like urban, pop/rock, and we both like that,” Clarkson says. “It’s my normal anthem, shove it in your face [type of song].”
