Demi Lovato has been in the face of the media for the past two years after having a breakdown back in 2010. The 19-year-old Skyscraper singer is releasing a documentary on MTV called ‘Stay Strong’. While I’m starting to get tired of hearing about her struggles (who doesn’t face the same problems at her age?) I will admit the documentary looks intriguing.
Lovato said of the documentary, “I wanted to share my story but I knew it had to be honest, it had to be real.”
The documentary, which will air on March 6th, gives the world a look into her personal life in the Fall of 2011, where Demi is preparing to go back out into the world post-rehab and face her own evils. She sets out on her first tour and faces those closest to her at her first Thanksgiving in Dallas, Texas since rehab. The documentary will also cover the singer going back to her treatment center and addressing patients there about her issues and how she dealt with them.
Tune in to MTV Tuesday, March 6th at 10PM ET on MTV.
