Lucy Hale Reveals Eating Disorder

Lucy Hale is the most recent cover girl for Cosmopolitan, and she spilled to the magazine about an issue she has faced, but never really came clean about. The Pretty Little Liars star found herself facing an eating disorder early on in her career.

“I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating,” Lucy shared. “Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem…It was a gradual process but I changed myself.”

The pint-sized Hale, 23, also shared how she met her boyfriend, Chris Zylka. ”I was like, ‘Holy crap you’re gorgeous!’” she gushes. “It was like no one else was there. We couldn’t stop talking.”
