Miley Cyrus was seen showing off her short haircut around Philadelphia, Penn. on Saturday (August 25) while doing some shopping. The 19-year-old sported a backless tee and stopped at Tumi.
The actress is in town to visit fiance Liam Hemsworth on set for his movie, Paranoia, which also stars Lucas Till and Amber Heard.
Cyrus was also seen shopping around NYC two days ago with some friends.
