I’m sure this isn’t how they wanted to make the announcement, but we’re thrilled to get any official news about our favorite royal couple. After exactly eighteen months of marriage, Prince William and Kate Middleton are pregnant. The announcement came after an emergency trip to the hospital let the cat out of the bag. An official statement was released to the couple’s official web page.
The Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge Are Expecting A Baby
Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby.
The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.
The Duchess was admitted this afternoon to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London with Hyperemesis Gravidarum. As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter.
Hyperemesis Gravidarum is very acute morning sickness, which requires supplementary hydration and nutrients.
In fact, excitement about the announcement has crashed the royal couple’s official website! Now the question remains: when will Lifetime release a sequal to their 2011 docudrama Will & Kate: A Royal Lovestory? The movie is a dramatized retelling of the couple’s courtship, and I would just love to see a movie written around this scene: “Kate is sitting on the edge of the bath tub, holding a pregnancy test, keeping time on her watch. The result shows not pregnant. She crumples onto the bathroom floor and William enters, sits next to her, and holds her hand.” RIGHT? That is totally a movie! But, due to speculation of past miscarriages, the movie shouldn’t be released until a healthy baby is born. Let’s place our bets now: girl or boy? Bald or brunette? Or a red headed, Prince Harry look alike? Let us know what you think of the royal news!
