Celeb Teen Laundry's Three Ways To Deal With Regret

We all have regrets in our life. We all have moments we wish we could take back, but just like toothpaste already squeezed from the tube, this would be impossible. How does one actually live life without regrets? How does one take all the moments you ever experienced in your life and love each and every one as if they exist in the present? Well, Celeb Teen Laundry is once again bringing you three important ways to live your life without a single regret.

1 – Live each moment as if it is your last – Every second should be valuable. Life is just too short for wrong decisions. In fact, there’s actually no such thing as a wrong decision. Everything in life happens for a reason. Every second that ever happens – and that will still happen – is absolutely perfect. Without it, you would not be who you are today.

2 – Be confident in your decisions – Every decision you ever make will have a cause and effect. Every decision will have a deep and defining impact on your life. Never, ever be terrified of making decisions, as this will only cause future doubt. Rather make the decision with confidence and know that – whatever the outcome might be – you will be able to deal with it. If something goes awry after you’ve made the decision, don’t feel like you made a mistake – the decision you made in that moment in time had to be made in order to have you see your mistake.

3 – Breathe – Just breathe. Whatever happens happens – there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. If your actions influence another part of your life – or someone else’s life – both positively and/or negatively, know that these actions had to cause this influence to make you see the bigger picture. We are unable to see the eventual outcome of our actions, and only through retrospect will we be able to notice how important those decisions were. If things don’t go your way, just breathe. There’s nothing else you can do about it. It has to happen, so just go with the flow!

Regret is a terrible thing. Regret is like hatred and/or bearing a grudge – it stays with you forever and ever and makes you less “you”. Don’t let regret creep into your life and demolish your present.
