Will ‘The Avengers’ Be Defeated?

“Men In Black III” has gotten the top spot in the box office, it now has first place and It’s not that much of a surprise since the movie itself was amazing and The Avengers has been out for a while now and not many people will see it more than twice.

The third instalment of the “Men In Black” franchise has made $18 million on its on opening day and it’s estimated that by the end of this four day weekend it will make around or over $75 million.

In comparison, “The Avengers” has ended up making $9.7 million on Friday and is going to making $45 during the long weekend but in total, its earnings will come to a well-deserved $523.5 million.

The thing is, “The Avengers” is not that easy to defeat. There are two summer films coming up this year that have a chance to beat it, one more likely than the other. So far only three films have ever reached the $500 million mark.

First contender for me who seems most likely to stand a chance is, “The Amazing Spider-Man”. Though I do know most of the times when a franchise is rebooted it normally isn’t as dominant as its predecessor, but I have a feeling that the ilm will prove that statement wrong. I know many people who are going to see it because they want to see how this new guy will be portraying Spider-man and there in for a big surprise since he’s going to blow them away with his performance. Andrew Garfield is dedicated to this role and is a fan of Spider-man in general; this makes it seem like he’s going to put on a great performance and I seriously can’t wait for it. Second we’ve got the “The Dark Knight Rises” and it’s very hard for me to talk about this film because to me it doesn’t look all that great, but there’s tons of people who are going to see it due to the previous films being amazing. Though I’ve found all of “The Dark Knight” films to be sh*t, it has a good chance to also beat “The Avengers” due to it having tons of fans. Will Smith Will Be In ‘Men In Black 4′

The director for “Men In Black 3″ Barry Sonnenfeld has gotten tons of compliments for his work on the most recent installment in the Men In Black franchise, and he’s already talked about the possibility of their being a fourth installment being made. It’s not all that surprising to find out that a fourth film will be made of this franchise due to the third being so damn right f*cking awesome, seriously go watch it if you haven’t already because it’s worth paying to see.

Barry said “I can’t really talk about it, but I think everyone will be very satisfied” yes he’s talking about the fourth instalment, “I think Will Smith already has an idea where we can have a Men in Black 4″. If they’re going to be making a fourth instalment, I’ll be one of the happiest guys on earth, I was waiting for the third movie for quite a while and to have finally seen it becoming an amazing movie was just great.

Barry went on more talking about why he chose to send back Agent J (Will Smith) back to 1969 and some other things about the film. But hey the thing I hate the most in the world is someone who spoils a movie and I’m not here to do that, if you want to find out more about the film and to see what it’s about, the trailer down is below.

Men in Black III Showing Some Face

I remember hearing about the possibilities of a Men In Black III a long time ago, the release of these new posters just remind me that this is really happening. Nothing about the movie has been released so naturally I forgot, but damn I’m excited. The Men in Black movies were something that I loved when I was younger; I can seriously say I’ve seen them at least over 15 times each.

It’s nice to know this movie is in the makes, for sure I’m going to see it, it will bring back a lot of good memories. Besides, who doesn’t love some Will Smith? I always loved his role as agent J, I always found him to be incredibly enjoyable and one my favorite roles of Smith.

I was kind of disappointed while doing research to see that there’s no information on the plot yet except that it will have time travel as a key component. So we’ve got aliens and time travel, sounds pretty bad ass to me. It’s something that I don’t think you’d consider for a Men in Black movie, but I’m really looking forward to how it’s going to work.

The most important thing about this movie is that I hope it can follow up with last two movies and be amazing. I think I speak for a lot of people in saying that if this movie flops, I’m just going to be hugely disappointed. Men in Black was a part of my child hood and I’m hoping that this movie can do the others justice.
